Problem list: 6% dehydration, abbrassion of cere, found a hippoboscid fly on patient.
Diagnosis: Dehydration
Assessment: Overall patient appears well, current problems are dehydration of 6%, and an abbrassion of the cere, otherwise healthy.
Plan: Give 22 mL of LRS SC BID to rehydrate, assess hydration status daily. Clean cere abbrassion with dilute betadine, apply veterycin to cere abbrassion daily. Rub frontline spray all over patient to prevent further infestation of flies.
